Dear Palo,
After extensive discussions with other directors on how best go international and expand the business, we feel that the following options are the best way forward.
Firstly, we think Dino Conti should increase its advertising budget in order to do this, we plan to spend $500,000 of the 3,000,000, to make the advertise , if all goes well, within three month, we think Dino Conti will increase sales and improve company image.
Additionally, we think Dino Conti should upgrade its equipment and fleet of trucks. In order to do this, our plan is to spend 1.2 millions of the 3,000,000, to buy trucks. In doing thin, we foresee lower costs within one year.
In closing, I would appreciate any additional input or recommendations that you may have regarding this matter.
